Each year, the Caledonia Maple Association serves up a sweet array of maple treats! From maple creemees to maple milkshakes, enjoy the sweet taste of Vermont-made maple syrup from our members.

2026 Syrup Bids
Syrup is necessary to make these products at the fair. The CMA purchases local syrup for this event. It takes Golden Delicate or Light Amber Rich to make candy and cream. (Approx. 15-20 gallons) It takes Dark Robust to flavor the ice cream and to make sugar. (Approx. 10 gallons) 5-gallon jugs or 15-gallon containers work best.
The Sugarhouse also offers syrup for sale in retail containers. You may bid on this as well as the bulk syrup as a member.
If you are interested in selling syrup to the Association, please fill out the attached form. All syrup that is not sold during the fair will be returned to seller for credit. Please submit your sealed bid proposal to Joy Wood on or before Sunday, August 23rd.
Bids will be opened at 4 pm Sunday August 23nd in the Sugarhouse at a Directors Meeting. (All are welcome)
